Terms of Service

By placing an order with Sashi Designs LLC or submitting payment for design or print services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Sashi Designs LLC provides professional design services and print coordination services. Printing is fulfilled through third-party print providers, often using gang-run production, which involves shared press runs and industry-standard tolerances.

2. Ordering & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all proofs carefully before approval

  • Confirming accuracy of spelling, layout, images, quantities, sizing, and specifications

  • Approving artwork prior to print submission

Once artwork is approved for print, Sashi Designs LLC is not responsible for errors including, but not limited to, spelling, layout orientation, incorrect information, or design elements.

3. Printing & Production Disclaimer

Because printing is completed by third-party vendors, certain variables are beyond our control, including color variation, cutting tolerance, and production differences.

If a print job does not meet generally accepted industry standards due to a print provider’s error, the provider may:

  • Reprint the job using the original approved files, or

  • Issue a credit at their discretion

No refunds are issued for printed products once an order is finalized.

Orders placed incorrectly (wrong product, quantity, file, shipping method, or payment method) are the client’s responsibility.

4. Reprints

Reprints are approved only for verified production errors caused by the print provider.

Reprintable Items:

  • Production defects caused by the print provider

  • Color issues when a signed hard-copy proof was approved

Non-Reprintable Items:

  • Spelling, grammar, or content errors

  • Incorrect artwork specifications (bleeds, resolution, sizing)

  • Errors approved by the client in final proof

  • Color variation without a hard-copy proof

  • Cutting variances within ±1/4"

  • Gang-run color discrepancies without premium color matching

All reprints must use the original approved files. No new files will be accepted.

5. Proofing & Color

Color variation is normal due to differences in equipment, paper, ink, and production methods. “Pleasing color” variation is considered acceptable industry performance.

6. Estimates & Pricing

  • Written estimates are valid for 7 days

  • Prices may change if artwork does not match quoted specifications

  • Quotes are based on information provided by the client

7. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins

  • No checks accepted

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH, Government Purchase Cards

  • Files remain watermarked until payment is received

  • Print-ready files will not be released until design fees are paid in full

8. Cancellations

Due to fast production timelines:

  • No cancellations once items are sent to print and production begins

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

10. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to dispute or charge back any authorized transaction. All concerns must be addressed directly with Sashi Designs LLC.

11. Liability

Sashi Designs LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

12. Intellectual Property & Indemnification

Clients confirm they own or have rights to all materials submitted. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Sashi Designs LLC harmless against claims related to copyright, trademark, or content violations.

13. File Handling

Clients must retain copies of all original files. Sashi Designs LLC does not archive files beyond project completion and is not responsible for file loss or corruption.

14. Design Revisions

All revisions must be submitted in writing via email or HoneyBook proofing. Additional changes beyond scope will be billed at current rates.

15. Overruns / Underruns

Industry standard allows ±5% variation in quantity.

16. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is required for all print orders

  • Sashi Designs LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or damage

  • Ownership transfers upon shipment from the print provider

17. Claims

Claims for defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 10 calendar days of delivery. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance.

18. Subcontracting

Sashi Designs LLC may subcontract any portion of services as needed.

19. Samples & Marketing

Completed work may be used for samples, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

20. Governing Law & Arbitration

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clearwater, Florida.

21. Privacy

Client information is used only for billing, contact, and order fulfillment and is never shared.

22. Changes to Terms

Sashi Designs LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
